Oven Baked Artichoke Hearts

Brian Gerard : 07/06/2018 : FoodThings, Vegetarian

Way better than in a salad. Serves 6.

Things You’re Gonna Need:

No real amounts are given here because it’s really up to you and as many artichoke hearts you use. On the average for each jar, I would say a Teaspoon forall the dried items and a Tablespoon for the Olive Oil.

As many jars of marinated artichoke hearts as your little heart desires.
Thyme
Garlic and Parsley Combo Spice
Pepper
A swig of olive oil
Onion powder

Eggy and Bacony Naan Za

Brian Gerard : 09/21/2017 : FoodThings

Egg on a Pizza? Pizza on a Naan? Stop asking so many silly questions. The answer is YES. Serves 1 per Naan.

Things You’re Gonna Need:

4 pieces of bacon (per za)… which you will bake prior. (Not fry. Bake. It’s better that way. Pop them in the oven at 350° until they are nice and right. There’s a reason why bacon is spelled with the word “Bake” in it…kind of. Anyway, trust me.)
Fresh Baby Spinach (stolen right from the Mama Spinach when she ain’t looking)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
A package of 8 oz Naan breads
One egg per Naan Za you are going to make
Some Olive Oil

Bacon and Egg Naan Za
