Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) cannellini beans
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Drain the beans, baby.
- Put the beans in a bender.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon (or use about 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice).
- Add salt and pepper as desired.
- Fire up the blender…puree mode works best. Make it all smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle the olive oil on top.
- Grab some pita chips.
- EAT IT!
